Shipping conditions

Within Belgium

A delivery time of 2-3 working days applies to all orders within Belgium. As soon as the order has been placed and the payment has been received, we will ensure that the package is sent as quickly as possible. We work with reliable carriers to ensure fast and safe delivery.

Outside Belgium

For all orders outside Belgium, delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. As soon as the order has been placed and the payment has been received, we will make sure the parcel is sent as quickly as possible. We work with reliable international carriers to ensure fast and safe delivery.

Please note that the delivery time may depend on factors such as customs, destination country and possible holidays. We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible. However, possible delays cannot be ruled out.

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and can never be recovered from the seller.

Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (LOBO West VOF, Kauter 35, 8730 Beernem, lobo@lobo-west.be, 0496/520027 by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive back from us all payments made by you up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will reimburse you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such reimbursement.
We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate the decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

You shall only be liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
